Terms & Conditions
- You are expected to provide us with all necessary personal information including your passport details, flight information and travel requirements.
- You are also responsible for your own vaccinations and other medical needs before you travel. We recommend that you consult a physician prior to departure.
- You are also expected to give us details pertaining to your travel preferences such as the type of sleeping arrangements, dietary needs, allergies, and other special needs you may have, such as car seats/booster seats for kids etc, to ensure that we create the right trip for you.
- We also ask that you carefully respond to our questions within the required timelines to help the smooth planning of your journey.
- On confirmation of an itinerary, we collect a 30% deposit on the total trip price.
- Balance payment of 70% should be made 60 days prior to your journey.
- Pricing is calculated on current exchange rates, in any all leading currency including US$, Can $, Euro and GPB.
- Jungle Fowl reserves the right to reprice if significant currency fluctuation takes place between the time of confirmation and full payment.
- If you would like to pay in full at the time of confirmation, we will be able to offer you a fixed price with no currency influence.
- Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer, bank draft or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or AmEx).
- If the final payment is not received on time, Jungle Fowl reserves the right to cancel your reservations.
- You are permitted to make minor changes to the final itinerary once the trip is confirmed, within reason as determined by Jungle Fowl. Sufficient notice is required for this and we will try our best to accommodate your requests.
- Your trip will be subjected to cancellation fees depending on the cancellation policies of the hotels and other bookings.
- We retain the right to change or cancel your trip in extreme circumstances, such as safety conditions. If your trip is cancelled under such circumstances, we will refund your fees, but cannot be held responsible for losses incurred with third parties. In this regard, we recommend that you obtain a Cancellation & Interruption policy along with your travel insurance.
- In some situations, it may be necessary or required to change your itinerary after confirmation and deposit such as when an airline makes changes due to extreme weather conditions. In this cases, we will do our very best to amend the itinerary in a manner that will minimize changes to your trip plans and costs.
