GENERAL

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect when they are posted on the website. It will be your responsibility to read them on each occasion you visit the site, as you will be bound by the latest edition of the terms and conditions.

junglefowl.net can be used by anyone with a valid credit card, where the payment limit is sufficient enough to pay for the appropriate services available in the site. Those under 18 years of age are only allowed to pay through parents or guardians. junglefowl.net holds the rights to reject the payment, remove or edit content or cancel payments at any time.

CONTRACTING PARTIES

These Terms and Conditions are legally binding between the traveler (s) and Jungle Fowl, herein after referred to as Jungle fowl.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

Acceptance of a quotation from Jungle fowl constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions which take effect on arrival in to Sri Lanka.

ACCOMMODATION, MEALS, TRANSPORT

All accommodation, room type(s), meal options and transport choices are as per the approved itinerary against which the invoice has been raised.

ITINERARY

Accommodation and sightseeing arranged, maybe subject to change at any time due to circumstances beyond Jungle fowl’s control. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued. Jungle fowl reserves the right to withdraw a tour or any part of it, to make such alterations to the itinerary or the tour inclusions as it deems necessary or desirable, and to pass on to tour members any expenditures or losses caused by delays or events beyond its control. In case of any appreciable variation in the tour price due to these circumstances, Jungle fowl reserves the right to make adjustments to the tour costs as deemed necessary in the event of an unforeseen occurrence or anything beyond our control and outside the cancellation period.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Specific requests should be advised at the time of booking. Please note that every effort will be made to secure special requests, however they cannot be guaranteed.

BAGGAGE

Jungle fowl do not take responsibility for baggage and personal effects, which are at the owner’s risk throughout the tour. Jungle fowl assumes no liability for loss or damaged baggage. Baggage insurance is hereby recommended.

TAXES AND GRATUITIES

Hotel taxes as imposed by the government are included. Gratuities for tour guides, drivers, porters, camp staff and Tour Managers are not included and are at the discretion of the guest/s.

PRICES

The price quoted is based on the current rates of exchange and tariffs and is subject to revision in line with significant changes in foreign currency, tariff rates, taxes etc.

EXCLUSIONS

The cost of obtaining visas, excess baggage charges, items of a personal nature such as drinks, laundry, telephone calls and fax charges, unless expressly included in writing, are not included in the tour price.

REGISTRATION

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking for individual / FIT travelers. The balance is payable 15 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days of departure, the entire tour price must be paid at the time of confirmation.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payments may be settled by any of the following:

• Credit card
• Payment by bank transfer: confirmation by fax or email of the date payment made should be advised. Guests are liable for all bank and related transaction charges/fees.
